In March, first grade artists will work with Model Magic to sculpt their own turtles. They will practice creating texture on the turtle’s shell to make it look realistic and detailed. Students will then paint their turtles and design an environment on a paper plate for their turtle to live in. This project will help build fine motor skills and creativity through both sculpting and painting.
