Membership Dues

We are able to continue offering valuable programs for Department Heads and providing support for ICTM and other mathematics organizations due to the membership of those in our group.
Membership dues are $20 per school each year, or $5 for retired individuals.
Membership is online via a Google Form and must be completed using this link.
Preferred payment method is online via PayPal using a credit card. Please access our Paypal payment method at this link.
Payment can also be made via cash or check (payable to MDHWCS).
