Throughout the year a variety of skills will be emphasized, including interpreting maps, graphs, charts, and tables; using and interpreting primary and secondary sources; organizing information using notes and/or outlining; critical thinking and problem solving; public speaking; time management; working with others; test taking; and last, but certainly not least, listening. Much of this class will be focused on building an argument and being able to support it with credible and historical evidence.
