•Pushes and Pulls- focuses on determining how different strengths and directions of pushes and pulls affect objects and what will occur when two objects collide

•Plants and Animals Working Together- focuses on the needs for survival of plants and animals (including humans) and their relationship to the environment. The unit also includes identifying the impact of humans on the environment and developing solutions to reduce the impact.
