Hi there! My name is Ms. Murphy and this is my fourth year at Brooks, second year teaching first grade. Words cannot express how excited I am to be your child's first grade teacher. In our classroom we will grow immensely as readers, writers, mathematicians, thinkers, and leaders. 

I can't wait to learn all about your child, but first here are a few things about me. I'm from Naperville and graduated from Lewis University with a dual certification in Elementary Education and Special Education. When I'm not exploring and thinking with Brooks Tigers, I enjoy reading, crocheting, baking, and going on family trips to our Lake Summerset house. I'm looking forward to an amazing year!
