💡1) Ensure you are connected to the ICCSD-Secure network on the Teacher Tablet to download an Expedition. 2) Try restarting the device.
❓A student device won't join the Expedition?
💡1) Ensure that the student device and teacher device are both connected to the Virtual Reality Wi-Fi network 2) Close the Expedition app and relaunch it, 3) Try restarting the student device
❓The student or teacher device won't turn on?
💡1) Plug the device in and let it charge for a bit to see if the battery is dead.
❓Students say they are getting dizzy while using the viewers.
💡1) Take the device out of the viewer and change to mono mode. 2) Have the student take a break and sit/listen for a bit.
