I have used the printable Scratch cards extensively, and highly recommend the Barefoot Computing UK resources. Due to copyright restrictions, you will need to sign up via their website in order to access them.

The following links from the ScratchED community provide a variety of ideas and example projects showcasing the integration of Scratch visual programming across the curriculum.
Scratch works with a range of programming physical and robotic devices, including MakeyMakey, LEGO WeDo, and Makeblock robots. We are still tinkering with physical programming and Scratch at my school, but if you have access to these devices, I would highly recommend exploring the possibilities.
