‘Iolani Lower School Library
Welcome
Here at ‘Iolani School, students learn research and information literacy skills in the Lower School Library. They are encouraged to be life-long learners and READERS. Through reading, students learn about values, empathy, diversity, and problem solving and as they do so, they begin to make connections with themselves, others, and the world.

About Mrs. Bagoyo
In 2004, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University - Provo, Utah. In 2009, I received my Master's in Library Information Sciences from the University of Hawai‘i - Manoa. This is my 20th year in education. I was a classroom teacher for six years and am currently in my 14th year as a school librarian. This is my 3rd year at ‘Iolani School and I am beyond grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to teach at a world-class educational institution with exceptional students, faculty, and staff who genuinely embody the ONE TEAM philosophy.
When not working, I enjoy watching the Hallmark Channel, running, baking, watching & playing sports, and spending time with my family. My husband, Kevin '94, and I have 2 boys - Anson '25 and Zack '27, and we adore our morkie, Harper!
