Strong Bones

Our Strong Bones Program is a 10 week exercise routine that is offered for all ages of men and women. Each class includes weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Classes are held twice a week for one hour.

Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday @ 8-9am or Tuesday & Thursday @ 10:30-11:30am. This program is $35 for 10 weeks. Please call the facility to see when the next session will begin.
