Daughter Leadership Workshops at Supreme Session in Middleton, WI
Workshop 1 (Tues, July 25 @ 1:00 PM) - Organizing a JDI Supreme Session Congress. Learning outcomes: 1) creating a partnership among different membership regions to address a common goal, 2) how to outline a vision and mission for a Congress experience, and 3) how to state goals, needed resources and relationships to accomplish objectives, and key agents of change in the Congress.
Workshop 2 (Weds, July 26 @ 9:00 AM) - Influencing Policy Development. Learning outcomes: 1) consensus-making and collaborative decision-making, 2) promoting ideas through inclusion and diversity of perspectives, and 3) practice public speaking.
Workshop 3 (Weds, July 26 @ 10:00 AM) - Advocating for Change through a Congress Experience. Learning outcomes: 1) organizing talking points, 2) analyzing issues and speaking with a unified voice, and 3) influencing how Job's Daughters engage change within the organization.
