InviteShift operates on a social enterprise model, where revenue-generating services support our broader mission to make regenerative learning and coaching accessible to the underserved, marginalised, and learning differentials. Our sustainability is built around three core offerings:
1. Learning Program Design & Facilitation
We collaborate with educational institutions, non-profits, and businesses to design and deliver impactful learning programs tailored to their needs. These programs are offered as paid engagements, with a portion of the profits reinvested to fund community-based initiatives or pro bono sessions for those who otherwise cannot afford them.
2. Courseware Development
InviteShift partners with Accredited Training Providers (ATPs) under the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework and organisations to design competency-based, outcomes-driven courseware.
These projects are typically commissioned as fee-based engagements, to support InviteShift’s sustainability.
3. Coaching Engagements
InviteShift offers individual and group coaching for personal growth and development and emotional resilience. The paid coaching services enable us to offer pro bono/ low bono or sponsored coaching for those with financial constraints—ensuring no one is left behind.
InviteShift is a social impact initiative founded by Lin, an adult educator, coach, and product leader with decades of diverse experience—spanning corporate startups with agility and a deeply formative chapter of motherhood. Her journey includes raising a creative teen daughter and a determined tween son with learning differences, which has deepened her commitment to accessible, inclusive and transformative learning.
Returning to work with a renewed purpose, Lin brings together expertise in agile product management, customer experience, inclusive curriculum design and facilitation delivery, and integrates faith-based, somatic coaching approaches in her work.
InviteShift serves to empower the underserved, the marginalised, and those with diverse learning needs—through learning, coaching, and reintegration programs that foster dignity and growth.
Lin is currently developing her coaching framework - Faithwork Soma, a faith-based, somatic approach in holistic coaching. She is currently pursuing her learning in Polyvagal-informed practices.
She collaborates with like-minded individuals and social enterprises in various initiatives, working towards building a core inclusive and forward-moving society, one that embraces compassion and grace.
In her personal space, Lin works out to maintain strength and agility. She whips out yummilicious that her family would come home for.
