Cancelling a Booking

Please note that 48 hours notice is required to cancel a booking for Breakfast Club or Out of School Care, otherwise you will be charged for a full session (£4.70 for breakfast club and £12.47 for after school club).

Please note that if a child is off sick (except for covid-19 related reasons) this 48 hour notice charge will still be applicable, therefore, if you expect your child/ren to be of sick for a few days please email holmelcc@highland.gov.uk to inform us of this.

All cancellations must be made using the form below, these can be completed and emailed to holmelcc@highland.gov.uk or placed in the red box at reception.  

Please do not ask ELCC or office staff to pass on cancellations as they may not see the OOSC team.
