The following documents needs to be completed and submitted:

1. TD1-ON  Tax form needs to be filled out. Fillable / Savable or Printable

2. TD1 Federal form needs to be filled out. Fillable / Savable or Printable

3. Copy of the S.I.N Card or Government letter showing name and S.I.N. #

4. Copy of any professional designations or diplomas or degrees.  

5. Sign Employment agreement along with the job description. 

6. Sign Software ethics policy

7. Review Employee Handbook

8. Direct deposit information for payroll deposit.

9. Submit Parking Registration Form

10. Submit Emergency Contact Information Form

11. Agreement to Work Excess Hours 

12. Present a valid driver's license or in absence any other valid government photo ID (passport, health card, nexus, etc) for review
