Alaina Dye, Staff Attorney, from the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Education Rights Program, will present their expertise working with youth in San Diego County with a focus on IEPs!
Learn about best practices and local resources to support youth/transition-age youth and housing! This training is for Lead Care Managers and those that serve youth via CalAIM, especially serving youth who may have history with child welfare, homelessness, mental health/substance use disorders or recently transitioned from incarceration. Guest speakers from SAY San Diego and YMCA will share their expertise on working with youth and housing in San Diego County!

This session provides an overview of the transition of each San Diego Managed Care Plans at the end of 2023. Aetna & Health Net transitioned out of San Diego while Blue Shild Promise, Community Health Group, and Molina remained. Kaiser Permanente also entered the San Diego market in 2024.
This session is designed to help participants understand the fundamentals of the Data Exchange Framework (DxF), explore the CalAIM data sharing privacy landscape, & learn what funding opportunities are currently available to support data exchange.
This session provides a high-level introduction to Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports and the process by which providers can contract with the local Managed Care Plans to offer these services.
