The Jaguar Athletic Program provides students, grades 4th-8th, with multiple opportunities to participate in organized athletics. We stress “competing” rather than “winning” and value continual progress for our players, coaches, and program as a whole.
Our program is designed to develop individual skills, encourage personal responsibility, and increase confidence in physical abilities while fostering social and emotional development through teamwork, commitment, and fun.
We do not “cut” any student-athlete based on skill. However, there is an expectation that student-athletes honor the commitment they make to the program and attend practices and games as scheduled. When signing up to play a sport at International you are committing to furthering your athletic passions. Occasional conflicts are understood and should be communicated to the Athletics Department and/or Team Coach. Consistent attendance helps teams build cohesion and team chemistry, and plays a vital role in ensuring each player has a rewarding experience.
We encourage you to sign up for one sport per season (see season start and end dates). Please note certain sports are grade-specific (noted in the sport description).
