The company of our Electra has done some fantastic research on Ancient Greece, the circumstances surrounding our play, and we have also created original works of art in response.  We’d like to share this with you.

Theatre training can mean just getting the skills and credentials to be commercially successful, but that is an empty approach to being a human being.  Fie upon it.  The good news is that in every theatre project there is an opportunity to learn about the world and respond to it.  

This website shares the active process of our company’s learning about our 2,500 year old play.

Education isn’t about how smart you are, but whether you can activate a process that leads to your own goals.

This 2,500 year old play, newly translated by Dr. Emily Wilson, has fascinated us.  Please jump into what we’ve learned and come to the show with massive questions.  As this website will attest, we are also very curious.
