FLL Competition #1
The LakerBots have spent their fall mentoring 7 FLL students and they just had their first competition! The kids did so well and had so much fun! The Minion Bots tied for third place and qualified for states which will be happening December 6th and is super exciting! The kids also won a judges award for their core values which are teamwork, impact, innovation, fun, inclusion, and discovery! They also had a great innovation project presentation and got amazing feedback from the judges! The kids are working hard to prepare for states! The event is open to the public and located in Bedford, NH!
FIRST LEGO League Challenge is for students aged 9-16, who design, build, and program a robot to complete missions on a specialized field and develop an innovative solution to a problem related to the season's theme.
