~~ SFS Continuous Walling System ~~

Type 2: SFS continuous walling system are Installed from outside surface of concrete/hot rolled steel slab.

The continuous wall system is constructed for maximized the floor area and as per constant height design concept, which is installed through cleats.

~~ Build-up of Continuous Walling ~~

1). SFS 'C' Stud...click to more info

Vertical studs is a type of 'C' section steel material. 

These are available at multiple length and widths according to the design details.


2). Head/Base/Lintel/Cill Tracks...click to more info

These tracks are slightly wider than vertical studs.

Tracks connect to vertical studs and also used to forming door-window openings in the SFS frame.


3). Universal Cleat...click to more info

Cleats are L shaped cold rolled steel material.

Cleats are used to provide continuously support of wall studs.


4). Base Support...click to more info

Base support member is a starting stage hot rolled steel material for continuous walling system.

Can be used angle, Z bar to fixed directly into R.C.C. slab.
