CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE IS REQUIRED. CLIENTS CANCELLING WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICE RESERVED IN ORDER TO CONTINUE BOOKING FUTURE SERVICES.

PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED THE SAME DAY OF SERVICES.

WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS
While we do accept walk-ins, please note that we cannot guarantee availability due to our stylists’ consistently full schedules. Walk-ins are welcome, but to ensure you get the appointment time you prefer, we highly recommend booking in advance.
Our talented stylists have limited availability during the week for walk-in appointments, so we encourage you to reach out directly to your stylist to secure a spot or schedule ahead.
