Life can sometimes make you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure about how to move forward. Therapy can provide a place to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin making change at a pace that feels safe and meaningful to you.
I approach therapy with the belief that people are more than their current struggles. Behind symptoms, there is often a story that deserves to be understood with compassion. As a graduate student therapist, my aim is to help people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves and others, and develop the ability to navigate life with greater awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion.
Following my Bachelor’s degree in psychology, I earned a Master’s degree in Social, Occupational, and Organizational Psychology at the University of Rennes 2 in France. After spending three years contributing to training programs, workshops, and applied studies related to well-being and workplace mental health, particularly among public servants, my interest in providing personalized support to individuals facing professional and interpersonal challenges led me to pursue a second Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Ottawa, which I am currently completing with the goal of becoming a therapist. I provide psychotherapy sessions, in French and English, for adults, youth, and families, under the license and supervision of Dr. Natalie Charron, PsyD across Ontario & Quebec.
My approach is integrative, meaning it combines psychodynamic, emotion-focused, mindfulness, trauma-informed, CBT, and DBT perspectives. Sessions are tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client, whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal relationship issues, or workplace-related difficulties. Together, we can explore the origins of your emotional patterns, and work towards your goals, whether that’s becoming more aware of what your emotions and body are telling you, developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening your emotional regulation, or building more fulfilling relationships and quality of life.
I value empathy, respect, curiosity, authenticity, collaboration, safety, compassion and cultural sensitivity. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients can explore difficult emotions without judgment, while also developing concrete skills for emotional regulation, coping, communication, and everyday functioning.
I’d like to work alongside you on your journey toward greater emotional awareness, sense of agency, resilience, and gentleness. I invite you to book a free 30-minute video consultation to see if I’m the right fit for your needs.
A free consultation is a brief, no-pressure video call to ask questions, share what you're looking for in therapy, and get a sense of whether a therapist feels like the right fit for you. It’s the first step in our process at Integrative Healing!
Comfort with your therapist is the most important thing. You’re welcome to book consultations with more than one clinician to help you decide who you feel most at ease with. You can begin therapy after the consult, or take time to decide.
