Are you grappling with the aftermath of past trauma, apprehensive about the future, or overwhelmed by your daily life? I'm interested in supporting individuals who are navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship difficulties.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After spending two years caring for young people, my passion for providing individualized attention and support led me to pursue a path toward becoming a therapist. I went on to study at the University of Hearst, earning a graduate diploma in psychotherapy, also known as the Diplôme d’études supérieures en psychothérapie (DÉSP). Presently, I am an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
I offer individual therapy to adults in both English and French, using an integrative approach to treatment grounded in attachment-based, relational-psychodynamic, emotion-focussed, internal family systems, somatic, and dialectical behavioural therapies. At the Integrative Healing Clinic, I provide psychotherapy under the supervision of Nisha Mohan R.P.
