INTEGIRLS Guatemala
A global nonprofit reinventing competitive problem solving for girls and non-binary students affected by (trans)misogyny.
About us
Welcome to the Guatemalan INTEGIRLS chapter, which is the first INTEGIRLS chapter in Central America. We are committed to empower and encourage female and non-binary students affected by (trans)misogyny to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics through different non-profit events, puzzle solving, math competitions, and more.!
Our Mission
We know how it feels to be a girl interested in STEM and to be one of the only girls in physics classes, math teams, and science clubs. That is why we decided to create a community for girls and non-binary students comfortable being grouped with girls to interact with each other and inspire one another to pursue our passions. Our goal is to foster and promote girls eagerness for math and problem solving and to ignite a sense of community in this small yet driven group of people.
