As a team of highschool leaders, we come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences that have shaped our perspectives and fueled our passion for leadership, service, and collaboration. What unites us is a shared belief in the power of communities—both local and global—and the drive to make a meaningful impact.

Our journey with INTEGIRLS reflects this spirit. Each of us has faced challenges, whether in academics, extracurriculars, or personal growth, and we’ve turned those challenges into opportunities to grow as leaders. For some of us, that meant finding creative ways to solve problems, like running school-wide initiatives or organizing start-up competitions. For others, it’s been about supporting our peers, building strong, inclusive communities, or even exploring how STEM and advocacy can intersect to create lasting change.

We’ve learned to balance our individual passions with our commitment to teamwork. Whether it’s presenting a new idea for a project, strategizing outreach initiatives for Student Council, or simply encouraging one another, INTEGIRLS will offer us a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate the impact we can have when we work together.
