About
English public speaking competition for civil servants
The National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) has been organising INTAN Talk Your Way to the Top competition since 2018. This initiative is to provide civil servants with the opportunity to hone their public speaking skills through training sessions and guidance from renowned coaches. It also aims to cultivate thinking and communication skills.
This year marks the fifth edition of the esteemed competition, featuring the theme "Harnessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Enhanced Public Service Delivery." The competition welcomes participation from Malaysian civil servants across grades and schemes.
Programme objectives
Enhance English public speaking skills of Malaysian civil servants.
Identify talents among civil servants who are capable of delivering speeches confidently and professionally.
Provide a platform for civil servants to compete in a public speaking competition.
