On January 11, 2026 we woke up very early to go to Barcelona and catch a plane to Heinsberg (Germany) to meet our friends, Sara and Raffaela. After a few hours of travel they welcomed us with a big hug!
We will be on Erasmus for 5 weeks, we hope to spend some good days here and learn many new things.
1st week
1st week
The first day we went to the high school we were surprised because it is very big and very different from ours. When people saw us they didn't have the reaction we expected, since everyone, unlike our high school, is more cautious and of few words. Although immediately some girls who speak Spanish came to greet us.
We really enjoyed our first German class, although it is difficult.
At home we have been able to observe that their lifestyle is very different from ours, and that each house is a world.
During the weekend we went to see a football match, and to two different birthday parties.

This week at the institute, everything has continued the same: German classes, observing how different people are, classes…
On Saturday, Tània went to Mönchengladbach to a shopping center with many shops.
And Maria also went to an art and aroma museum on Saturday.
