To sign up for a TurboTax account and download the software, visit turbotax.ca/download and click on the "Download" button. Select your TurboTax product, then click "Sign Up" to create a new account. Enter a valid email address, create a strong password, and provide some basic information. Once you've completed the sign-up process, log in to your account and click "Download" to install the TurboTax software, which will guide you through preparing and filing your taxes with ease.

Visit the TurboTax Canada Download Page: Go to turbotax.ca/download.
Select Your TurboTax Product: Choose the version of TurboTax that best suits your needs (e.g., Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business).
Download the Installer: Click on the download link for your selected product. The installer file will be downloaded to your computer.
Install the Software: Open the downloaded installer file and follow the on-screen instructions to install TurboTax on your computer.
Enter Your License Code: When prompted, enter your 16-character license code, which you will find in your purchase confirmation email or on the packaging if you bought a physical copy.
Sign In to Your Intuit Account: If you don’t already have an Intuit account, create one during this step. This account will help you access your software and save your tax documents securely1.
Start Using TurboTax: Once your software is activated, you can start entering your tax information and filing your return.
