Harry Coade
for this project I used samples in Ableton Live to my remixes. I really enjoyed doing this and made a couple that i really liked. although after mixing mutable this was my favorite.
Lofi beat
This was my first try in making a Lofi piece of music. using ableton I learned a lot about how to make my own loops using the software. finding new sounds and being able to work my own beat allowed me to be more creative with my beat. making Lofi altogether was fun and I enjoyed the mode it was in.
Pop shove it
during this project i used my knowledge of sound spacing mix this. i learned a lot about graphic EQs and filters to use with sounds. using these effects allowed the sounds of each instrument to pop more which i liked.
throughout this project I learned both how to match a beat to video and matching songs together. Having the skill of video editing and learning that was very interesting. being able to see work come to life with the video was my favorite part though.
This project inspired by J Dilla allowed me to learn about how to use samples. Using movie clips and sounds I was able make this beat. J Dilla was a inspiration too producers around the world with his sampling techniques. I really enjoyed being able to learn this and had a lot of fun playing with the different movie clips.
Blind Guy
Learning how too mix and mast this song taught me a lot about music. This song showed me how to move the sound left right up and down to make it sound more full. I really enjoyed the guitar solo and being able to move it up in the song which I thought sounded cool. in the future i will definetly use the compessing and spacing techniques that I used for this song.
