Autumn One: "Peace and Conflict"
In English, we will be:
Learning about the book 'The Lonely Beast'.
Understanding and using different tenses.
Sequencing pictures to retell the story.
Using adjectives, verbs and nouns.
Writing a fact file about the Beast.
Writing a story using time adverbs.
In history, we will be:
Learning about chronology.
Researching about Florence Nightingale.
Exploring changes from historical time periods.
Describing the significance of Florence Nightingale.
Presenting facts about Florence Nightingale.
In maths, we will be:
Counting objects in groups.
Recognising numbers as words.
