Thank you to all the families who attended our ‘Parental Engagement sessions’ this term and for your feedback. Many families wanted advance notice of the sessions we were holding so we are pleased to share our ‘Parental Engagement’ sessions for the next half term, aimed at fostering a stronger partnership between home and school for the benefit of our children. 

The sessions will be interactive and informative, allowing for discussions and questions from parents. We understand that schedules can be busy, so we will also provide resources and materials for parents who are unable to attend in person on our website.

Please come along to our first session on Thursday 14th November 2024. Tea/Coffee and refreshments will be provided.

The Royal Borough of Greenwich’s festive light trail, Sparkle in the Park, is back for a fifth year this Christmas. 

From 28 November to 1 December (4.30 to 9pm), Charlton Park, House and Gardens will be transformed into an enchanted winter wonderland, co-created with Royal Greenwich residents, for local people to enjoy. Visitors can explore the stunning light installations, the Christmas market, a fun fair and enjoy pop up performances from local schools and community choirs.  

Visitors won’t need a ticket or to pre-book to enter this year’s event. We will do our best to minimise any wait times, but please be prepared to queue for entry at busy times, particularly on Saturday evening.
