This Privacy Policy describes how Inspired Gameworks, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information in connection with our mobile applications ("our Apps"), including Mandy's Quest.
1. Information We Collect Directly
We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, location, photos, contacts, or payment information.
If you choose to participate in the Daily Maze leaderboard, you will be asked to provide a display name of your choosing. This display name and your score are stored on our servers. You are not required to use your real name, and leaderboard participation is entirely optional.
2. Game Progress and Local Data
Your game progress, coins, feathers, skills, wardrobe selections, and settings are currently stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your device and is not accessible to us.
We may introduce optional cloud save functionality in a future update. If we do, this policy will be updated accordingly. Cloud save will be opt-in.
3. In-App Purchases and RevenueCat
Our Apps offer optional In-App Purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements. RevenueCat receives anonymised purchase receipt data from Apple and may store a record of your purchases linked to your Apple ID. RevenueCat does not receive your name or payment details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
4. Family Sharing
If you enable Family Sharing for eligible purchases, Apple communicates family group entitlement information to RevenueCat so that family members can access shared purchases. This is handled entirely by Apple's and RevenueCat's systems. We do not receive or store your family group information.
5. Apple App Store
Apple collects certain information as part of normal App Store operations. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The only data we collect directly is an optional leaderboard display name, which does not need to be a real name.
7. Data Retention
Local game data is retained on your device until you delete the App. Leaderboard entries remain on our servers until you request removal. RevenueCat retains purchase records in accordance with their own privacy policy.
8. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your leaderboard entry at any time by contacting us. For purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat, please contact those services directly.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL.
