Through Dean Training Institute, we also offer parenting classes designed to help caregivers build strong, healthy relationships with their children. Topics include:

Supervised Visitation Parent Orientation

All parents participating in supervised visitation must complete an orientation session prior to their first visit.

This session includes:

Review of visitation guidelines
Safety protocols
Documentation expectations
Communication standards
Child-focused interaction strategies

• 15-Minute Required DFPS Orientation
• 60-Minute Extended Parent Preparation Session (TECPDS-aligned)

• DFPS Orientation: $9.95

Parenting Course (2-Hour)

Preparing for Positive Parenting: Supervised Visit Readiness
Duration: 2 Hours (can be completed in one session or two 1-hour modules)
Parents preparing for supervised visitation services, DFPS involvement, or private agreements.
Course Description:
This 2-hour interactive course equips parents with strategies to support their child during supervised visits. Participants will learn about behavioral expectations, communication guidelines, and ways to strengthen the parent-child connection. Completion of this course ensures parents are prepared for positive, effective visits.

Evening Class Option
Tuesdays
5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Private sessions scheduled by appointment.

Course Delivery Format

Courses are offered in:

Small group sessions (6–10 participants)
Private one-on-one sessions
Weekend intensives
Limited evening availability

All sessions are professionally facilitated and follow a structured curriculum aligned with court and DFPS expectations..

Online Course Access

Courses are hosted through Google Classroom for structured learning and documentation purposes.

Access to Google Classroom will be granted only after:

Confirmation of payment
Submission of required court orders (if applicable)
Completion of registration documentation

Participants will receive login instructions and course access within 24 hours of verification.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and participation requirements.
