Step 6: Follow the instructions provided by your instructor.

Try these steps first:

1. Make sure you are using your IAA student account.

2. Make sure you are accessing Clever through the correct IAA portal.

3. Check that you are signed into the correct Google account.

4. Close and reopen your browser.

5. Return to Clever and try launching the application again.

6. If the problem continues, contact Inspired Achievers Academy.

When Contacting IAA, Please Include:

• Application you are trying to access

• Description of the problem

• Screenshot of the error, if available
