Q: Are we allowed to register even if we do not have exam date schedule?
A: Yes! The review is unlimited so the earlier the better!
⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯
Q: What is the difference between Orientation and Info Session?
A: The main difference is you will NEED to register to attend the orientation. Another would be Orientation is a more in-depth look at your program while Info Session is more of Information Dissemination regarding being an RPN/RN in Canada.

Q: Do we need any kind of documents to enroll in IENCAP program?
A: IEN will require you to show proof of eligibility and /or CNO eligibility). You may ask...
What is CNO eligibility?
Proof of eligibility and/or CNO eligibility shows us that you are allowed to take the IENCAP.
Why?
IEN wants you to enroll knowing that you really need to take IENCAP. There may be cases that your AR (Advisory Report) shows that you are not required to take IENCAP and IEN do not want you to waste your time in studying for an exam you might not even need to take. :)
For NCLEX, you may choose to show your NNAS and/or CNO Proof of Eligibility.

Q: After we register and already made an advanced down payment, and for whatever reason, we decide to not forego with the review? Are we allowed to request a refund?
A: Please refer to IEN Withdrawal Policy below:
"A student intending to withdraw from a course must officially withdraw and provide the notice to IEN in writing. If the student withdraws prior to the day of the first scheduled class, he/she will receive a full refund less an administrative fee ($50) and material fee ($20). If he/she withdraws once the program has already started, he/she will receive a 50% refund, plus a deduction for the material fee ($20) and administrative fee ($50). If the student withdraws halfway through the mentorship program (e.g. on the 5th session of a 10-day program), he/she will not receive a refund. A refund is also subject to the return, in original condition, of any course materials that may have been issued.
Refunds are not given for short courses, which includes but is not limited to one-day courses or courses that run for only 5 days (including the first scheduled day of class), unless the student officially withdraws at least 15 business days before the start of the course.
Refunds are made by cheque, regardless of your method of payment, and will be processed within 30 days after the official withdrawal was received.
All students may provide payments for up to four installments but must settle their account balance halfway through the mentorship program. If that is not possible, you may request for a due date extension in writing/email. A promissory note will then be sent for you to sign indicating that you will pay your remaining balance at a later time."
Q: After registration and down payment, how soon will we be able to acquire the workbook?
A1: if you are within GTA, IEN will contact you and come to an agreed scheduled date/s and designated pick-up locations.
A2: if you are outside GTA, IEN will ship it via Canada Post with a designated Tracking Number.
⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯
Q: A long time has passed and we did not receive our workbook/s, are we able to request for a new one?
A: IEN will first investigate and check with Canada Post about your parcel. If we are duly informed that your workbook was lost in transit, IEN will arrange to send you a new one.
