The CLEAR Framework is a tool from the InsideTrack Coaching Methodology designed to enable coaches to facilitate empowering conversations that support others in making well-informed decisions. CLEAR is especially helpful in heightened or challenging situations. Participants who complete this micro-credential will gain new tools for navigating conversations productively and with empathy.
Completion of the CLEAR micro-credential indicates that learners have demonstrated the following coaching skills:
Facilitating conversations with transparency
Asking open-ended and clarifying questions
Prioritizing understanding and empathy before problem-solving
Reflective listening

Format
This course will consist of four 90-minute training sessions, asynchronous reflection exercises, and 1 on 1 coaching with an InsideTrack coach. For learners who wish to complete the credential and earn a digital badge, there will be a final skill demonstration component through role play. Completing the credential will be optional for learners based on interest and capacity.
In order to officially complete the course, learners must
attend or view recordings of all 4 training sessions
complete all individual reflection exercises
Attend coaching sessions with an InsideTrack mentor
Complete a final demonstration, practicing each component of the CLEAR framework in a role play
In total, this course should require no more than 15 hours to complete.
