What we do in physical education?

In the physical education we are working the progress. To get better the resitance we go run or walk every day. And how do we know that we have improved our resistance? Cooper test is a test that we have to do 12 minutes runing for the track at a constant pace and count the laps we've done with these 12 minutes. This is a project we work during dive weeks, in the lastt week, we again a has the Cooper test, and we will see wheter.
