What I know about the food that is wasted:

I know that in the supermerkats, the workers throw the food beore the expiry date and the people that don't have food go to the bins to see what can they get home.

What I do to save food:

To save food, I buy food I need, I don't go there to see what I can buy but I make a list to know what I need, not to buy food that I don't need We can write in notes the food you don’t not use and throw it away and when you go to the supermarket you don’t buy it. We can buy food at small shops too.
