My motivational statement to practise sport is ''Don't be like the others just stay yourself''

One of the activitis is for exemple , the coper test, where the resistance works? Which consists on mesuring the resistance of avrbody by running with a constant rhythm. This is a project we work dowing five weeks. During this time, we will see whether we have impoved over marks or not.
