The First Ring

Manlleu is a beautiful city in the middle of Catalonia. This city have 25.000 inhabitants aproximately. Manlleu has a beauty river, an important one: the river Ter. Next to the river, there is an important museum. The museum Ter before was a factory.

MY MOTIVATIONAL SENTENCE IS: Because no one else is going to do it for you.

I like this sentence because is has a lot of reason. No body is going to do it for you, and your successe will be always the best ones.

MY MOTIVATIONAL SONG IS: goteo Song

This song makes me feel happy. When I listen to it, I forget all the problems I have.

I did 20 laps witch are 2.160m

We did it twice and I went back one more time, since we were improving each session.

The second time that I did it, I ran twelve minuts too, like the firts time.

• 18 laps: 2160 (that's the total laps I could run)

IMPACT

I practise tennis once a week. I began to do this sport 4 years ago, and I enjoy it a lot. Once a week I go swimming, too! Sometimes I go with bike with my dad. We love doing longs trips with the family exploring new places.
