Preparing for the Manlleu meeting: PHYSICAL EXERCISE

At the Physical Education we have worked resistance and flexibility for 7 weeks. On the 1st day we did a test called TEST OF COOPER that I ran for 12 minutes turning to a hockey track without stopping. I ran the first day I did 15 laps in 12 minutes, and improved I made 17 laps in 12 minutes. And of flexibility the first day 11 cm and of improvement I have done 16cm.
