The first ring
In Spain we have the first ring.
A song that motivate me is "On my way" by Alan Walker, Sabrina Carpenter & Farruko
This is a sentence that I like so much, I don't know why but it motivates me.
Is a phrase that said Josep Guardiola and I really like it and I find it very true.

MY PROGRESS:
- The first time I ran, I did 24 laps in 12 minutes, one lap equals to 108m.
24 laps: 2.592m in total.
- The second time I did it, I ran 22 laps in 12 minutes too in a diffeerent track, one lap equals to 120m.
22 laps: 2.640m in total.
- We also did a flexibility test, and in first time I reached 10cm.
- In secons time I reached 12cm, i thing that it's a good progress.
