I know the food in the supermarkets is thrown away six days before the expiration date, and the poor people go to the place where they threw it away and take some food away.

What I do to save food:

We can write notes about the food we don’t not use and throw away and when we go to the supermarket won’t buy it again. We can buy food at small shops too.
