About Me

I'm Claire!

My education background spans over 20 years. I have experience in a range of school settings and age ranges (mainstream, special and alternative provision) and have held several senior leadership roles as SENCO and Assistant Head. I'm also Chair of Governors as well as Mental Health First Aider / Senior Mental Health Leader and qualified, professional coach. 

I strongly believe in the power of coaching to support insight, growth and and confidence. With a blend of empathy and expertise, I work closely with you to tailor support for your personal and professional development. 

I also have two bouncy springer spaniels, one being a registered therapy dog who is able to join sessions.

I deliver training in-person and online providing whole-school INSET around supporting SEND, particularly SEMH needs. I also run a "New to SENCO" course, host a live show every other week on Teachers Talk Radio and speak at conferences around leadership and inclusion.
