Sanitation Practices 

All equipment and materials used to perform sessions are thorougly sanitized and cleaned. This includes sheets, massage tables, and any other tools. Clients may provide their own sheets if they wish. Therapist can wear a face mask and gloves as requested by the client. 

Inappropriate Conduct 

Any form of sexual references or advances will not be tolerated. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of service without refund. 

Cancellations

Cancellations require a 24 hr notice. Any cancellation made after 24 hrs will forfeit the intial deposit for the session. You may reschedule your session.

Privacy & Confidentiality 

We will not use or disclose your protected health information for any purpose other than treatment, payment or health care operations unless you have signed a form authorizing such use or disclosure. You have the right to revoke such authorization in writing, with such revocation being effective once we actually receive the writing.
