I built this site to support the educators who are building the future.

My work has always been about reimagining what learning can be—human, rigorous, purpose-driven, and joyful. I’ve spent my career leading change across classrooms, schools, and systems, helping people design better learning for both young people and adults.

After teaching in Los Angeles Unified for 12 years, I founded The Incubator School, a nationally recognized LAUSD pilot school grounded in entrepreneurship and design thinking. I served as Managing Partner for Innovation at Boston Public Schools, helped launch the Learner-Centered Leadership Lab at Transcend, led district strategy and transformation projects around the country. I currently advise school founders, superintendents, philanthropic leaders, and edtech companies on how to bring new models of learning to life.

I also work in higher education, helping shape educator and entrepreneur preparation programs that prioritize innovation and learner-centered design.

In every role, I’ve focused on one thing: creating the conditions where people—students, teachers, principals, communities, startups—can do meaningful work that matters.
