$2000 Make It Monthly Event Series

Part of Income Movement's Make It Monthly Campaign

Event Series Dates: February 4th & 5th

Join us Feb 4th & 5th to continue the work of demanding our elected officials include $2000 Recurring Stimulus Checks in the next COVID stimulus package. Tell Congress they must #MakeItMonthly.

Three Ways to Participate: Join Us!

Feb 4th

In-Person Petition Delivery

When COVID hit, Stephanie Bonin, a small business owner, created a change.org petition calling on Congress to support families with monthly checks of $2,000. More than 2 million people have signed this petition. On Feb. 4th, Income Movement, Economic Security Project and partners will deliver these signatures in the form of a Past Due Invoice from constituents to key Senators. Join us for these socially distanced events!

Feb 4th

Social Media Petition Delivery

For those not living in one of the cities doing In-Person deliveries, join us online, on your favorite social media platform! People can print an invoice, add their info, snap a photo or video and post it with the hashtag #MakeItMonthly. Tag your Senators so they get your message! Together, we can make a show of force on Feb 4th!

See details below, including a printable invoice template.

Feb 5th

Make It Monthly Virtual Rally

The in-person and online petition delivery is an important milestone in the grassroots movement for Monthly Stimulus Checks. In this Virtual Rally, we will celebrate the success of our work to date, including the Feb. 4th events, and layout the next series of actions needed to keep the pressure on Congress as they debate the details of the next Stimulus Package.
