Our team has a diverse background in the industry. Our experience spans from construction, medical, hospitality, IT, banking and a combined 69 years of military service. Each one of our partners are trained D & I facilitators, Coaches, Emotional Intelligence Instructors, and 4 Lenses Temperament facilitators. While we have similar certifications, we each bring our diverse experience to the team and to your organization.
We have immense pride in creating the space during our training for all voices to be heard and that each individual feels physiologically safe to share their thoughts, feelings, beliefs and insights.
