The INAF radio telescopes network includes the 64-m Sardinia Radio Telescope (SRT) and two 32-m antennas at Medicina and Noto.
During early 2018 our group started the exploration of the possible use of the radio telescopes as non-dedicated solar facilities. In particular, we successfully tested preliminar solar imaging configurations for observations with Medicina and SRT in K-band (18-26 GHz). The hardware and software devolpment of solar observing modes is still on-going (commissioning and early science phase) and a full "solar agility" of INAF radio telescopes is expected to be achieved in 2022.
