May 17, 2024 - Deadline for abstract submission
19 June 2024 - Registration opens
End of June, 2024 - Abstract acceptance communication
31 July, 2024 - Early registration closes
18 August 2024 - Registration finalization and payment for speakers
19 August 2024 - SOC starts considering participants in the waiting list
10 September 2024 - Preliminary programme online
15 September 2024 - Registration and payments close

Early registration fee: 200€
Late registration fee: 250€
Ph.D. Students: early registration 150€, late registration 200€
One-day participation: 100€
