Venue: All activities (lectures, hands on and guided tour) will be held at the Medicina Radio Astronomical Station (Via Fiorentina 3513 - Villafontana - 40059 - Bologna) and its Visitor Centre.

Lodging: Students will be accommodated in the Anusca Palace hotel (https://www.anuscapalacehotel.com/) in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO). Reservations of the rooms are made directly by the organizing committee.

Meals: Lunches will be served at the venue, while dinners (except for the social dinner, see below) will be provided at the lodging.

Social dinner: On Wednesday 17 September a social dinner will be organized in La Locanda di Bagnara (https://www.locandabagnara.it/it/index.html).

Shuttle: A free shuttle will assure the transfer on a daily basis from the lodging to the Medicina Radio Astronomical Station and vice versa. The shuttle will also be arranged to collect the participants on arrival day (meeting point at Castel San Pietro Terme railway station) and to take them to the same location at departure (Friday afternoon).
