According to the IAU guidelines, Symposia are followed by the publication of the proceedings by Cambridge University Press. These proceedings will be indexed by NASA ADS and Google Scholar.
Paper submission deadline: October 10, 2025
Authors of accepted abstracts have the option not to submit a paper to the proceedings. Authors are required to follow the official IAU template and refer to the detailed IAU instructions for proceedings authors. The maximum length of the paper depends on the format of the presentation, i.e.:
10 pages for invited and solicited talks,
4 pages for contributed talks,
2 pages for posters
The papers should be submitted through the portal https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iau by selecting "IAU S396 - Massive Galaxies across the Universe" from the drop down menu during Step 1 of the submission process.
